Step With Trish — because her dream deserves to live on.

In loving memory of Trish Bravo

Step With Trish Flooring & Design was created from a dream, a love for design, and a lasting tribute to an extraordinary woman. Trish Bravo was a wonderful person with a passion for beautiful flooring, exceptional design, and a vision to bring upscale flooring services to Northern Nevada. Sadly, Trish Bravo passed away on November 25, 2025, before she had the opportunity to bring that dream to life.

In her honor, Step With Trish Flooring & Design was created to carry her vision forward and ensure that her knowledge, talent, warmth, and incredible personality continue to make an impact. Every project we take on is a step toward fulfilling the dream Trish Bravo believed in — providing Northern Nevada with beautiful, high-quality flooring and thoughtful design with a personal touch.

This company is more than a flooring business. It is a legacy. It is our way of keeping Trish Bravo’s name, passion, and dream alive through every home, every project, and every step we take. We are honored to serve our community in her memory and to make her dream a reality, one beautiful space at a time.

How we work

Three treads, always in the same order, and the same people at each one.

  1. Step 01

    Consult

    We start with your rooms — the light, the traffic, the pets, the plans — and come back with samples that fit them, not a catalogue.

  2. Step 02

    Design

    Tone, plank width, pattern, transitions and thresholds, drawn into one plan for the whole floor — so every doorway makes sense.

  3. Step 03

    Install

    Measured twice, scheduled once. Subfloors prepped, seams tight, edges clean — finished the way it was drawn.

The floor sets the room

It is the largest surface you own and the one you touch every day. Choose it first, and every other decision in the room gets easier.

Light decides the tone

A sample looks different on a showroom shelf than it does in your hallway at four in the afternoon. We choose materials in the light they will live in.

One team, start to finish

The people who help you choose the floor are the people who plan it and see it installed. Nothing gets lost between a sale and a job.

Her standard is the standard

Trish Bravo wanted upscale work with a personal touch for Northern Nevada. Every project is measured against that, not against what is quickest.
