Flooring and services for Reno and Sparks homes

Three materials, two services, one team from the first sample to the last plank.

How we choose

How we choose a floor with you

Most flooring is sold by the square foot. We choose it by the room: how the light lands at four in the afternoon, where the dog sleeps, which way the boards should run to make a hallway feel longer, and what the subfloor underneath is actually made of.

Reno and Sparks sit in high desert, so we also ask how dry the house runs in winter and how much direct sun each room gets. Those two facts rule out some materials early and make others an easy call.

Bring us a photo of the room and a sense of what you want it to feel like. We bring samples chosen for that light, not a catalogue, and one plan for the whole floor.

Next step

Not sure which material? Start with the room.

Tell us about the space and how you live in it. We will come back with a short call, a handful of samples chosen for your light, and a plan you can hold in your hand.
