About Me

My name is Sydney, and I’m the founder of Step With Trish Flooring & Design, a company I created in loving memory of my mom, Trish Bravo.

My mom was so much more than a mother to me. She was my teacher, my biggest influence, and the person who taught me so much of what I know today. Her strength, work ethic, compassion, and ability to make people feel like family are the foundation behind this business.

Throughout Northern Nevada, Trish Bravo was known as a mother figure to many and a true friend to even more. She had a way of making people feel welcomed, cared for, and supported, and the impact she made on the people around her continues to live on.

After losing her, I wanted to create something meaningful that would carry her name, her values, and her legacy forward. Step With Trish Flooring & Design was built from that love.

For me, this company is about more than flooring. It’s about creating beautiful spaces where families can build memories, feel at home, and have something that lasts. Every project is another opportunity for me to honor the woman who taught me everything I know and continue building something she would be proud of.
