What we collect

When you use the consult form, we receive the details you type into it: your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to add one, and whatever you tell us about your space. We use these to reply to you and to prepare for a consult. We do not use them for anything else.

If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your project.

What we do not collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so no outside service sees your visit because you loaded a page.

If that changes — for example, if we add a tool to measure how the site is used — we will update this page and say so here.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details. The only time your information leaves us is when a law requires it, or when you ask us to pass it to a supplier or installer working on your project.

How long we keep it

We keep consult requests and project correspondence for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about the work. If you would like your details removed, ask through the consult form and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the consult form for any of these, and tell us which one you want.
